Anyway, I don't know about the large print books, but a workout tape I've enjoyed (now, I'm going to be mercilessly abused for mentioning this...): Richard Simmon's "Sweatin' to the Oldies."

I like it.

It's fun.

I don't feel horrible doing it, since the people in the video are all shapes and sizes and doing as well/badly as me.

It's doable and accessible and has your whole warm up then heart rate up then toning then cool down.

Yeah, I know. Richard Simmons. But I about wore my tape out, so take that for what it's worth.

I know. It's difficult to look past the name Gunner. But you only have to watch the dvd a few times before you get it down, and then you can just use the flashcards and workout while you watch Friends. It's a beautiful thing.
