"With an Arnold body and a Denzel face. . ."

No big surprise that the Coen Bros are the stars of the evening. I love how happy Frances McDormand is for them.

So it ran a little long. Only the last few minutes seemed to drag, but that one Coen guy was funny (Ethan? Joel? I don't know).

I enjoyed my Oscars-watching experience.

Did you?

not any more or less than I ususally do - wait, I take that back - when Clint Eastwood and his movies are up for awards I enjoy the oscars alot more. And I swear the only criteria for critical acclaim in movies these days is an intense and horrific use of blood and gore . . . but that's just my opinion. I'm technologically challenged and I still love The Walton's.

gf: I want to assume that you don't get the "...Denzel face" reference because you didn't see that it was Denzel who presented the Best Pic award. But I'm afraid I have to assume that you don't even know what song that line is from.

It's times like these that I realize how much I benefitted from being Lois' younger sister and not her elder. She made me cool. Sorry you missed out on that, gf.

And I have no idea what's up with the whack html, sup (That's a Friends reference, I hope you at least get that one!)
