It's funny you mention that, Bev, because I have this super recipe I've been meaning to try out for our church's next pot luck. They're called fields of caramel. You'll need a bag of crispy chinese noodles, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sour cream, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 2 eggs and a box of yellow cake mix. You just smoosh it all together in a 9 by 12 pan and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Oooh, gosh, they are soo tasty.

Oh for cute! (To be said with heavy MN accent)
I wish I had a picture of Brett and I arguing in the IKEA parking lot to show you a snippet of our Memorial Day. Alas, I do not.

Or, as I like to call these photos, "moments that break my heart solely by me not being there to experience them."
I'm so glad we have cameras and the internet. They at least provide me with a glimpse....

I love how J won't make direct eye contact with the camera. I can remember W being fond of doing that when he was younger.

Actually little Earp does look directly into the camera quite a bit. I have photographic evidence :)
