When they're not writing nonsense, Glib & Superficial is really smart without being impenetrable or insulting.
Raise your IQ. Read this post about global cooling and this one about the rioting in France.
Ignore the writer with the scary bear face. All he writes about is sports.

The bear drives me nuts. But at least I know those are the sports posts.
There.
That's my intelligent blog comment for the day. That's how I used it. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Sorry. The climatologists can get you coming and going.
The global warming thing is not settled yet, that warming may actually create a cooling effect. Follow. There is a significant school of thought which says that raising carbon dioxide and greenhouse gasses will result in warming up the latitudes. It will also mean an increasing amount of water vapor in the air, which will result in clouds, cooling things off somewhat. Now, as the warmer air moves farther and farther north, the air around the poles, now far too cold to contain moisture, will warm just enough to absorb some of the moist air from lower climes... This, when coming into contact with the sharply cooler air around the deep polar north and south, will then precipitate out into snow...which will form into glaciers, eventually. Glaciers, when they are big enough, can actually create their own climate, resulting in more snow and more glaciation. As the glaciers build and expand, temperature begins dropping all over the world incremetally. Warming, then. by this train of thought, can result in a new Ice Age.
